MODERATOR Highlighted at the Thermal Energy Storage Workshop 2025

MODERATOR was referenced during the GEMINI Centre for Thermal Energy Storage (TES) Workshop 2025, organised by SINTEF as part of the GEMINI collaboration on thermal energy storage.

During a short presentation titled “TES in the EU: Upcoming Calls”, Galina Simonsen (SINTEF) provided an overview of current and upcoming European research directions in thermal energy storage. As part of this overview, MODERATOR was highlighted as an example of ongoing EU-funded research addressing the integration of thermal energy storage with waste heat recovery and advanced cooling solutions.

The workshop brought together researchers and experts working on thermal energy storage technologies, offering a platform for knowledge exchange and discussion on future research priorities at the European level.

By contributing to this dialogue, MODERATOR continues to strengthen its visibility within the European TES research community and to position its work within broader developments in sustainable energy systems.
